CSE Clubs

ACM Club

Students from Dept of CSE at SCSVMV are part of the ACM club and they all work together to explore themselves in current technology and also students of ACM club conducts events or quiz in their college.

CTS Club 2019-2020

Cognizant has selected a group of 30 members (both girls and boys) from third year of cse under Cognizant Student Club 2019 to 2020.Cognizant team sends some tasks every month to all the colleges and 30 members from each college represent their college.

GEEKISTHAN Club

"GEEKISTHAN" club is an initiative by CSE dept.Members of this club are from first year to final year where each one of them share their knowledge and also explore themselves in latest technologies and also conducts workshops and hackathons to encourage others too.

Events of CSE

BIOS - Brilliant Ideas Of Studentsassignment_turned_in

BIOS is a National level Technical Event conducted by CSE dept every year. Each student from CSE dept comes forward to conduct various events and culturals. As part of BIOS various technical events like Hackathons, presentations, coding challenges, and non-technical events like Treasure hunt, drawing, singing, dancing, and many other events are conducted. Also, the great talent in each of these events will be appreciated on day of BIOS.

CSE dept encourages and motivates students to improve their communication skills and also to gain knowledge on latest technologies by making students to participate in presentations, webinars, debate's, and so on. Students not only choose the latest technologies but also takes their turn on important topics for Engineering like Internships, Resume etc..,.

Inter college sports meet
CSE dept along with other dept of SCSVMV comes forward to conduct Inter college sports meet called Sparda every year. In this event various games will be conducted. As part of this event, competition is not among students. But it actually among departments. So Students from respective departments participates and wins trophy for their department.

Internshipsbusiness_center

Going in-depth in subject is alone not enough to work in this corporate world. Knowledge is must but, along with knowledge students need to have work experience.It means students must be flexible with work time and flexible with team work, and many things are really matters when we start working in office. So all this can be learned from college days itself by doing Internships. Dept of CSE allows their students to do internships (fulltime and parttime). Apart from technical events and classes. Department also conducts many awareness programs and temple visits and many other things to make students aware about issues in society.
